Job summary

Talent Hired-the Job Store in India seeks a senior Talent Acquisition leader to manage enterprise recruiting programs and RPO accounts, ensuring governance and high client satisfaction.

You will mentor hybrid/offshore recruiter teams, optimize ATS/MIS dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights to client executives while driving continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or related field.
• 10+ years in talent acquisition with RPO or enterprise recruiting experience.
• Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with MIS/ATS data dashboards and analytics.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, governance standards, and strategic reviews.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise hybrid or offshore recruiter teams, handling daily workload distribution and performance tracking.
• Delivery & SLA Tracking: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle to meet or exceed agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) and quality metrics.
• Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) optimization, and adoption of sourcing technologies.
• Market Intelligence: Present data dashboards, talent trends, and reporting metrics to client executives.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of total experience in talent acquisition, with proven operational experience managing RPO accounts or enterprise recruiting programs.
• Skills: Strong expertise in client handling, stakeholder management, and data dashboard analytics (MIS/ATS systems).
