Job summary

River is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment across non-tech and bulk hiring, from crafting job postings to screening and interviews, and making data-driven hiring recommendations.

You will partner with hiring managers, optimize sourcing strategies, manage external vendors, and ensure compliance with local regulations while fostering an inclusive, collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on non-tech and bulk hiring.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace, with strong teamwork and professional development.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish, including creating compelling job postings, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and making data-driven hiring recommendations.
• Plan and execute structured interview and selection procedures, including initial screening calls, technical/skill assessments, and coordinating in-person interviews for plant and office roles
• You will act as a trusted talent advisor, providing hiring managers with real-time industry, competitor, and market compensation data
• Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract contract staff
• Leading the recruitment contract staff to support the dynamic manufacturing demands and peak production cycles for factory location
• Sourcing, evaluating and managing relationships with external staffing agencies, headhunters, and third-party vendors
• Ensuring all contract hiring and third-party vendor practices comply with local labor laws, safety standards, and corporate compliance regulations
