Job summary

Aditya Birla Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to coordinate staffing needs with forecasting, source candidates via online channels, and plan interview and selection procedures. The role also involves screening candidates in the ATS, designing job descriptions, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

You will organize and attend job fairs, forecast hiring needs by business unit, and nurture long-term relationships with applicants across the recruitment cycle.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to proactively identify staffing needs with forecasting.
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews as per the role requirements.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the organizational applicant Tracking system.
• Design job descriptions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Facilitate employer branding initiatives from a Talent Acquisition perspective.

• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by Line of Business.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
