Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end recruitment, requiring strong stakeholder management, hiring strategy execution, and support for business growth in a fast-paced environment. Positions: Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Location: Noida, Sector-90

Package: 40K to 60K CTC

Working Days: 6 Days (10am to 7pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to fill open positions across various departments, ensuring a strong alignment with business needs.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing using a variety of platforms, including social media, job boards, and networking events
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and providing timely feedback to candidates.
• Lead a team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance their capabilities in sourcing, interviewing, and selecting relevant talent. Also including training, mentoring, and overseeing their daily activities and performance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create compelling job descriptions, and refine selection criteria.
• Utilize data-driven approaches to analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring processes.
• Foster relationships with candidates, maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Employee Engagement & Employee Relation Management.
• Implement employer branding strategies that communicate our unique company culture and values to prospective candidates.
• Good in Excel and report or dashboard preparation or presentation on weekly / monthly / quarterly as per management.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven track record of successfully filling roles at all levels within an organization
• Ability to work independently and with team in a fully remote setting while fostering collaboration and communication.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders alike.
