Job summary

THE Talent Keepers is urgently hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager in Noida Sector 143 to lead end-to-end recruitment for a fast-growing global organization. The role focuses on bulk and leadership hiring for Real Estate & Construction projects, building pipelines, and partnering with senior stakeholders to plan workforce needs.

You will manage a recruitment team, optimize time-to-hire,Quality of Hire, and cost per hire while driving ATS-driven processes for smooth onboarding and documentation.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and build strong talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute strategic hiring plans based on business and project requirements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers for workforce planning.
• Handle bulk and leadership hiring for Real Estate & Construction projects including Villas, High-rise, and Commercial projects.
• Build talent pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and headhunting.
• Manage and mentor a recruitment team.
• Track recruitment metrics including TAT, Quality of Hire, and Cost per Hire.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to improve hiring processes.
• Coordinate with HR Operations for smooth onboarding and documentation.
