As the Talent Acquisition Manager at ViralBulls, you will spearhead our recruitment efforts, managing the entire lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. You will play a crucial role in shaping our team by identifying and attracting top talent across various functions. Additionally, you will enhance ViralBulls' employer branding and ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will also encompass optimizing administrative processes to streamline operations and implementing strategies that foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, Admin, and Employer Branding skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding.
Oversee administrative aspects of recruitment, including compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Optimize recruiting operations and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
