Qualifications

• 5–8 years of recruitment experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop alternative sourcing channels including local Job Exchange, NGOs, college campuses, social media, self-help groups, etc.
• Develop talent pools through apprenticeships and similar models
• Handle project-specific recruitment requirements within given timelines
• Drive recruitment engagement activities (contests, referrals, social media campaigns) to increase applicant inflow
• Monitor recruitment dashboards and report trends to improve speed, quality of hire and recruiter productivity
• Ensure governance at critical recruitment steps including NDVT and background checks
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to close requirements across verticals timely
• Drive internal talent pool creation and deployment
