Job summary

Kumaran Systems in Hyderabad is seeking an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition specialist with 1–3 years of experience to drive sourcing and screening activities. You will coordinate with hiring managers, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communications from first contact to offers.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, and social networks, maintain trackers, and support onboarding.

Roles & responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and prepare suitable candidate sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication, skills, experience, and suitability.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels to schedule interviews.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
• Coordinate documentation and support the offer and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and provide regular status updates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment drives, campus hiring, and other hiring initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• Willing to work between 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
• Ability to source candidates using LinkedIn and job portals.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
