Job summary

Unicorn Hr Solutions Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader to design and execute the organization's recruitment strategy across multiple functions.

You will oversee end-to-end hiring, build talent pipelines, mentor the TA team, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and drive process improvements to reduce time-to-hire and improve quality of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with the organizations business objectives and workforce requirements.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, sales, operations, credit, risk, technology and other business functions.
• Manage senior leadership, mid-management, lateral and bulk hiring across multiple locations.
• Partner closely with Business Heads and senior stakeholders to understand manpower plans, hiring priorities and talent requirements.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through market mapping, direct sourcing, referrals, LinkedIn, job portals and recruitment consultants.
• Lead, coach and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring productivity, quality of hire and recruitment targets are achieved.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment consultants, job portals and hiring partners, including commercials and performance.
• Drive employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to strengthen the organizations talent attraction strategy.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join ratio, source effectiveness and hiring productivity.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and recruitment process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce hiring TAT.
• Conduct talent market intelligence, competitor mapping and salary benchmarking to support business hiring decisions.
• Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with HR policies, compliance requirements and organizational standards.
