Job summary

Bestal Hr in Delhi is seeking a Team Leader Talent Acquisition to steer a recruitment team, manage client requirements, and ensure timely quality closures. The role demands prior recruitment consultancy or staffing experience.

You will mentor recruiters, oversee sourcing, screening, offers, joining, and maintain trackers, MIS, and reports, with a focus on bulk and niche hiring. MBA/PGDM HR preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of recruitment experience, including 1-2 years as a Team Leader.
• Consultancy/staffing background is mandatory (in-house HR profiles will not be considered).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS, and MS Excel.
• Graduate in any stream; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Responsibilities
