You will schedule interviews and assessment sessions, help with compensation fitment based on the compensation grid, and manage joining and onboarding for selected candidates.

• Sourcing/Screening suitable profiles from sources of recruitment - Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn.
• To extrapolate sourcing effort, will be required to do reference sourcing and headhunting.

• Scheduling Assessment of candidate session with hiring manager.

• Managing joining and onboarding process of selected candidates.
