Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates for open roles.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data.
• Support TA/HR team in day‑to‑day recruitment activities.

• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals & other channels
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Conducting initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Candidate follow-ups and engagement
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and candidate data
• Supporting the TA/HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities
• Assisting with campus hiring and other recruitment initiatives
• Students or freshers pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus
• Immediate joiners preferred
