Job summary

Stemrobo in India is seeking a proactive Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring—from sourcing to joining. You will screen CVs, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth process.

You will drive campus placement drives, maintain recruitment trackers, and ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
