Job summary

IndiaMART is seeking a proactive Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team in Noida/Sec-135. This internship provides hands-on exposure to sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

You will draft job descriptions, post roles on platforms, coordinate interviews, maintain tracking reports and assist with onboarding documentation while building strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities
