Job summary

Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The intern will support end-to-end hiring activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The intern will assist in drafting job descriptions, managing communication with applicants, and preparing basic recruitment reports and dashboards. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to talent acquisition in a fast-growing edtech organization, with opportunities to learn, collaborate, and contribute to building high-performing teams.
