Job summary

Zouma is seeking a Talent Acquisition Expert to lead end-to-end recruitment for client processes and internal teams from our Mohali office. You will own the full cycle, build pipelines, and manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and facilitating offers. 6 days a week, day shift, with opportunities for growth into senior HR roles and leadership. Salary is up to ₹500,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience (BPO/KPO/corporate)
• Proven ability to meet high-volume hiring targets
• Hands-on with job portals, ATS and social media sourcing
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for voice, non-voice, accounts, sales and technical roles

• Drive joining and onboarding, reduce offer dropouts
• Manage hiring for multiple clients and meet weekly/monthly targets
• Track recruitment metrics and share reports with management
• Build talent pools and improve sourcing strategy

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Expert to lead hiring across our client processes and internal teams. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from understanding requirements to joining, and build a strong pipeline of quality candidates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, headcount plans and timelines
• Create job descriptions and job postings, and manage hiring through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and referrals
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for voice, non-voice, accounts, sales and technical roles
• Coordinate interview scheduling, assessments (such as Versant) and feedback with hiring teams
• Run offer discussions, negotiate compensation within approved limits and manage notice-period follow-ups
• Drive joining, reduce offer dropouts and ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners
• Manage hiring for multiple clients at once and meet weekly and monthly hiring targets
• Track recruitment metrics: calls, interviews, offers, joinings and time to fill
• Maintain candidate data and share daily and weekly hiring reports with management
• Build talent pools and improve sourcing strategy and candidate experience

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (BPO, KPO or corporate hiring)
• Proven record of meeting hiring targets in high-volume and niche hiring
• Hands-on experience with job portals, ATS and social media sourcing
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Good with MS Excel and reporting
• Graduate in any stream; an MBA in HR is a plus
• Willing to work 6 days a week on a general day shift from our Mohali office

Good to have

• Experience hiring for UK or international processes
• Experience in bulk hiring, campus hiring or leadership hiring
• Knowledge of Versant or other assessment tools
