• Experience in H1B / H1B Transfer hiring is mandatory.
• Screen candidates and validate skills and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and meet recruitment targets.

Responsabilités

• Manage wage structures (W2/C2C/1099) and compliance.
• Liaise with vendors and client teams to close openings.
