Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for US IT recruitment with 3+ years of experience. You will manage end-to-end US IT hiring, source candidates via portals and LinkedIn, screen for skills and work authorization, and coordinate interviews with clients and vendors.

Must be proficient in handling US work authorizations (H1B/H1B transfer) and in W2/C2C/1099 employment models. You will maintain a strong candidate pipeline and meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• End-to-end US IT recruitment experience required.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Experience in H1B/H1B transfer hiring is mandatory.
• Screen candidates and validate skills and work authorization.
• Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
• Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients to meet targets.
