Hexaware Technologies in Navi Mumbai is seeking an Executive/Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive a positive candidate experience.

You will handle vendor management, schedule interviews, negotiate salaries, and extend offers, ensuring smooth onboarding and timely hiring across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand requirements and hiring timelines.
• Draft and post job advertisements on portals and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
• Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Represent the company professionally and promote a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria
