Job summary

Precious Alloys Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles in manufacturing.

You will partner with HODs and Directors to source and hire the right talent on time. This full-time role involves handling the complete hire cycle from requisition to pre-onboarding, coordinating across departments, and maintaining recruitment MIS with regular analytics.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
• Working knowledge of job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)
• Good with analytics and recruitment MIS
• Technical skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Proactive and able to multitask

Responsibilities

• Manage the full hiring cycle: job requisition, screening, sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling, selection, negotiation, final offer, acceptance, follow-up till joining and pre-onboarding
• Hire for Non-IT roles, mainly in manufacturing
• Prepare and release offer letters and salary annexures
• Coordinate with internal HODs on recruitment requirements
• Coordinate with Directors for final interview rounds and salary negotiation
• Maintain recruitment MIS and share reports and analytics
• Handle multiple openings at the same time

Experience: 4+ Years in Recruitment

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Working Days - 6 Days (Sunday weekoff)

Work Time - 8:30 AM to 5 PM

About the Role
