Job summary

Chembond Chemicals Ltd. in Navi Mumbai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring and onboarding for Sales and Technical Services roles.

You will source, screen and shortlist candidates through portals and networks, coordinate interviews with HODs, release offers, complete joining formalities and maintain recruitment trackers. 3 years of TA/ onboarding experience required, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• 3 yrs experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition and Onboarding role.
• Good sourcing, screening, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and work within hiring TATs.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and onboarding for various positions, primarily supporting Sales and Technical Services hiring.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews with HODs and internal teams and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate offer release, documentation, joining formalities and induction.
• Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees and completion of joining documentation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and candidate records.
