• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source potential candidates from portals and networks (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct face-to-face interviews and aptitude tests.
• Provide shortlists to hiring managers.
• Monitor HR metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire.
• Consult with new hires and assist with onboarding.
• Handle joining formalities & documentation.

• Proven work experience in HR Recruitment or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with sourcing techniques (Portals, CampusRecruitment)
• Understanding of referral programs & designing thebest for the company
• Source potential candidates from various onlineportals(e.g. Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed etc ) & HR consultants
