Job summary

Acura Solutions Ltd. is hiring an HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage the end-to-end hiring process across Surat, Rajkot and Vadodara. You will source through Shine.com, Naukri, LinkedIn and referrals, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with managers.

You will also handle salary discussions, offers, and onboarding, while maintaining daily/weekly hiring MIS and meeting manpower targets. A strong pipeline and stakeholder coordination are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience screening resumes and coordinating interviews is essential.
• Strong ability to build talent pipelines and manage hiring MIS.

• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
• Ensure recruitment TAT and manpower requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
