Job summary

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking an HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment across Surat, Rajkot and Vadodara. The role involves sourcing candidates through Shine.com, Naukri, LinkedIn and employee referrals, screening resumes, coordinating interviews with managers, and handling salary discussions and offer-to-joining conversions.

You will maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely recruitment TAT while building a strong candidate pipeline for current and future
