Job summary

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD in Surat, Rajkot, and Vadodara invites applications for an HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining. You will source candidates through Shine, Naukri, LinkedIn and employee referrals, screen resumes, coordinate interviews with managers and drive offer-to-joining conversions while maintaining recruitment trackers and MIS.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews with Managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions and offer-to-joining conversion.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
• Ensure recruitment TAT and manpower requirements are met.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
