Job summary

Chtrbox is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across business, creative, and corporate functions in a fast-paced, creator‑driven environment. You will build strong talent pipelines, ensure a great candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to bring the right people on board.

Key duties include sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and portals, screening and coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, and generating clear hiring reports with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and social media sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office and experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial HR screenings, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
• Recruitment Operations: Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback records, and hiring reports.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within influencer marketing, media, digital agencies, startups or other high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
