Job summary

Jio is hiring an Area Talent Acquisition Executive to lead recruitment across the assigned geography in Punjab. You will source, screen and close roles within defined SLAs and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of experience, an MBA or Diploma in Human Resources, and proven skills in negotiation, communication, stakeholder management and analytics.

You will build talent pools, engage campuses and vendors, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• MBA or Diploma in Human Resources required.
• 2–6 years of recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA, and quality parameters in the allocated geography.
2. Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like, college Campus, Government skill development agencies, employment, exchanges etc.
3. Manage all recruitment related compliances including background, verification, negotiation audit responses
4. Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline
5. Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure, completion within SLA
6. Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at, respective area
7. Manage Geography stakeholders in order to ensure timely closure of, requirements in their respective verticals
8. Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase, for better employee experience.
