Job summary

Reliance Jio in Bengaluru is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead with 10–12 years HR experience to lead recruitment strategy, workforce planning and talent engagement across the organization.

You will ensure SAP-based organization design is maintained in real time, provide HR policy guidance, identify talent gaps, partner with business units, manage internal/external sourcing and develop employee development plans.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resource required
• 10–12 years HR experience preferred
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR policies

Responsibilities

• Maintain SAP-based organization design in real time
• Provide HR policies and procedures support
• Identify talent gaps and define recruitment strategy
• Create and implement employee engagement initiatives
• Identify business trends and provide recommendations
• Analyze attrition and performance data and develop scorecards
• Conduct training need analysis and cascade information to employees

• Oversee internal and external recruitment aligned with hiring guidelines

• Identify and analyze business trends and provide recommendations
• Perform analysis of attrition data, performance data and score cards
• Conduct training need analysis and cascade information to employees

• Enable the geography team by cascading relevant insights, trends and key learnings
