Job summary

• 2–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri and other job portals.
• Ability to map talent and screen candidates effectively.
• Experience using ATS and maintaining high candidate experience.

• Utilize Boolean search, market mapping, and competitor analysis to identify top talent.
• Engage passive candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and provide regular updates on sourcing progress and hiring metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and salary benchmarks across IT and business functions.

Experience Required:

2-4 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles.
