Job summary

Manpowergroup Services India is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment in our industrial hiring portfolio. With 6–8 years of dedicated recruitment experience, you will focus on attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality talent across functions while partnering with business leaders to meet manpower requirements.

Location is Bhosari, Pune. Working days are 5.5 days per week (1st & 3rd Saturdays). Immediate joiners only.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of dedicated recruitment experience.
• End-to-end Talent Acquisition focus, not HR generalist.
• Experience hiring for technical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or similar industries.

Job description

experience. This role is strictly focused on end-to-end Talent Acquisition and does not include HR Generalist

responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience hiring for technical, manufacturing, pharmaceutical,

biotechnology, or similar industrial organizations. The individual will be responsible for attracting, assessing, and

hiring high-quality talent across functions while partnering closely with business leaders to meet organizational

manpower requirements.
