Job summary

Tech Mahindra in Pune is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment with a focus on bulk hiring. You will manage recruitment teams, drive targets, source through portals, referrals, and walk-ins, and coordinate with operations for manpower needs.

Joining, onboarding, and batch closures will be part of your responsibilities to ensure timely hires. Immediate joining is preferred from candidates with BPO hiring background and strong leadership and

• Strong experience in bulk hiring.

• Excellent communication & leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
