Job summary

HouseEazy is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in bulk hiring of sales professionals, preferably from real estate. You will lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations, build a robust talent pipeline, and drive hiring targets with quality hires.

Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals and drives, plus strong interview and negotiation skills, will help you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Mandatory experience in Sales hiring and Bulk/Mass Hiring.
• Experience in Real Estate industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel Sales, Direct Sales, and Business Development roles.
• Handle bulk/mass hiring requirements across multiple locations.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment drives, job fairs, walk-ins, and campus hiring.
• Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on business requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets while maintaining quality of hires.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring conversion.
• Ensure timely offer rollout, salary negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment data, reports, and ATS records accurately.
• Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and recruitment compliance.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing high-volume recruitment, sourcing through multiple channels, stakeholder management, and meeting aggressive hiring targets within defined timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Mandatory experience in Sales hiring.
• Mandatory experience in Bulk/Mass Hiring.
• Preferred experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Experience in hiring for multiple locations will be an added advantage.
