• Experience in Talent Acquisition in Pharma, Chemical, FMCG or Manufacturing industries.
• Strong expertise in sourcing, screening and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment reporting.
• Working knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate role fit, technical suitability, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate and manage campus hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
• Support employer branding initiatives to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, reports, and hiring dashboards to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Pharmaceutical, Chemical, FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
