Kored Infratech in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with 2+ years' experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably with exposure to Construction, Infrastructure and Telecom industries. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, interview coordination and end-to-end recruitment.

You will handle multiple vacancies, coordinate with hiring managers, maintain MIS, and drive offers and joining processes while building a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
Exposure to Construction, Infrastructure and Telecom industries.
Strong sourcing, screening, interview coordination and end-to-end recruitment.
Able to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
Recruit for Construction, Infrastructure, Civil, Railway, Telecom and technical/non-technical positions.
Understand JDs and identify suitable candidates according to project requirements.
Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates until selection, offer and joining.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily/weekly MIS.
Manage multiple vacancies and ensure positions are closed within the required TAT.
Negotiate salary and discuss notice period/availability with candidates.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Support joining formalities and onboarding coordination.
