HexaHealth is seeking an Executive - Talent Acquisition to join our HR team in Gurugram. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, source and screen candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and help enhance the candidate experience and employer brand.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
• Talent Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others; screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication across all levels.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support initiatives to strengthen the employer brand.
• Reporting & Talent Pipeline: Maintain ATS records, prepare recruitment reports, and build a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
