Hexaware Technologies in Navi Mumbai is hiring for Executive / Sr Executive in Talent Acquisition. The role involves managing full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to interviewing, and coordinating with department heads to meet hiring timelines.

Freshers with excellent communication are welcome. Graduation is mandatory. The company offers opportunity within 25-30 kms radius, prior BPO hiring preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
• Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
• Schedule and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular status reports.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Represent the company professionally and promote a positive candidate experience.
