AP Guru in Mumbai is seeking a proactive HR professional with strong recruitment experience and a creative approach to problem-solving. You will own end-to-end recruitment, source candidates through diverse channels, and help build a strong, engaged team.

This role also covers HR operations and the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, and maintaining HR records. You will collaborate with hiring managers, improve processes, and contribute to an engaging recruitment experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an innovative mindset.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, job portals, and recruitment tools.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and maintain an organised recruitment pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
• Introduce creative ideas to improve recruitment, employee engagement, and candidate experience.
• Explore new tools, platforms, and techniques to make HR processes more efficient.
• Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest practical solutions.
• Use recruitment trends and data to improve sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
• Take ownership of HR initiatives and implement ideas that add value to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

3. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

• Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, offer letters, and appointment letters.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, and HR records.
• Support employee engagement, internal communication, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently.
