The role involves engagement with hiring managers, sourcing talent, and driving employer branding initiatives.

You will coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, manage stakeholders, and monitor recruitment metrics in a fast-paced, global digital environment.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, or technology.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, Workday.
• Familiar with AI-powered recruitment tools and Boolean search.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a global affiliate marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to close open positions on time.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean search, and AI tools to identify talent.
• Develop innovative sourcing, talent mapping, and benchmarking.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring dashboards.
• Coordinate salary negotiations and stakeholder communications.
• Support onboarding and employer branding initiatives.

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Senior Talent Acquisition Executive who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, leverage AI-driven hiring solutions, and contribute to employee engagement and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer rollout and joining coordination.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely position closures.
  
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Boolean search, and AI tools to identify and attract talent.
  
• Explore innovative sourcing strategies, talent mapping, and competitor benchmarking.
  
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS records, and hiring dashboards; monitor key recruitment metrics.
  
• Manage candidate communication, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and stakeholder relationships.
  
• Support employee engagement activities, employer branding campaigns, and onboarding initiatives.
  

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, media, or technology.
  
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, Workday, and Weekday.
  
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools, Boolean search, and innovative sourcing techniques.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple positions, work under pressure, and take ownership of hiring outcomes.
  
• Willingness to contribute to employee engagement and employer branding initiatives.
