Grapes Worldwide, a leading integrated marketing communications agency, seeks a Talent Acquisition Executive to accelerate media hiring and onboard top talent for the Media vertical in India. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth recruitment experience, with a hybrid work model and a 5-day workweek.

The candidate should have experience in media recruitment; preference given to those with media agency backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Media recruitment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates for Media profiles through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from application to onboarding.
• Publish job postings across hiring platforms.
• Manage ATS and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare candidate evaluation summaries.
• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring dashboards.
• Assist with offer rollouts and joining formalities.
• Coordinate background verification documentation.
• Support campus and lateral hiring initiatives.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers.
• Understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Provide timely hiring updates.
• Schedule interviews and collect feedback efficiently.

As we continue to expand our domestic and international footprint, we are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Executive to accelerate our media hiring by onboarding top talent in media.

Note - This role is specifically for the Media vertical, candidate having experience in Media agency will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
