Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the manager in overseeing assigned client accounts by coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring overall satisfaction with services provided.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of client projects and campaigns.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand client industries, identify trends, and provide insights to clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Knowledge of hygiene of Copywriting
