Job summary

Chtrbox is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across business, creative and corporate functions in Mumbai. You will build strong talent pipelines, enhance candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to place the right people.

You will drive sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, and social channels; screen candidates; coordinate interviews; and maintain trackers and reports with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in influencer marketing, media, digital agencies, startups or high-growth environments.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and social media sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office and ATS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial HR screenings, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers and candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate journey through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
• Recruitment Operations: Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, interview feedback records, and hiring reports with high accuracy and organization.
