Job summary

KENT is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full recruitment lifecycle in India. You will source candidates, screen, interview, and support offers and onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent aligned with our growth goals.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of hands-on recruiting experience, an MBA (HR), and a track record of filling roles across functions and seniorities. Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search is essential.

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. In this role you will own the full recruitment lifecycle from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless onboarding handoff. You will partner closely with hiring managers across departments to attract top talent that aligns with our culture and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions across functions,
• Source candidates proactively through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and evaluate candidates on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, gather structured feedback from interview panels, and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Negotiate compensation and extend offers in line with internal pay bands and market benchmarks.

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands‑on recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high‑growth environment.
• MBA (HR)
• Demonstrated ability to fill positions across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and alternative channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
