Job summary

Hitachi Cash Management Services is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, managing recruitment lifecycle, scheduling interviews, onboarding, building a talent pipeline, campus drives, and achieving KPIs like TAT and offer acceptance rate.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Negotiate salary and release offer letters.
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation, background verification, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and campus recruitment drives.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment laws.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
• Work towards achieving recruitment KPIs such as TAT, offer acceptance ratio, and joining ratio.
