Job summary

Tyro Ventures is seeking a confident and people-friendly Talent Acquisition professional with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. The role requires strong communication skills, comfort interacting with candidates and stakeholders, and proficiency with Excel and spreadsheets.

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain recruitment data across the hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate interactions and evaluate against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate and recruitment databases.
• Track recruitment status, interview schedules, offers, and joining updates.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports using Excel and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to close positions within timelines.
