Job summary

• 1–2 years of experience in core Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in volume/bulk hiring and non-technical recruitment.
• Prior experience in campus hiring and fresher recruitment preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, candidate management, and interview coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical and volume hiring requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Handle bulk hiring targets and ensure timely closure of positions within defined TAT.
• Drive campus hiring and fresher recruitment by coordinating with colleges and placement teams.
• Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, joining follow-ups, and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Provide timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in developing and executing creative recruiting strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

About the Role:
