Job summary

S2F Talent Hub is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO, volume hiring, and related roles at RT Nagar, Bengaluru. This office-based role requires proactive sourcing, screening, and timely closures with strong candidate coordination.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months in recruitment, good communication and a track record of meeting targets. Immediate joiners are preferred; growth opportunities and performance incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months recruitment experience.
• BPO / Blue-collar / Volume hiring experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Good candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
