Responsibilities

• Must have experience in IT Recruitment.
• Effectively use a variety of sourcing channels to build a candidate pipeline including the direct applicant, referral, and direct sourcing of passive candidates.
• Work closely on building pipelines for tech and non-tech roles.
• Understanding the requirements to evaluate candidates' suitability for roles within the company.
• Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected positions.
• Managing employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Collaborating with the HR team to implement HR initiatives and projects.

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field.
• 2-3 years of work experience in Recruitment agencies / full time recruiter focusing on IT Recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google sheets, Docs and HRM software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
