Position Title: Global Recruitment Specialist (Onshore, Nearshore & Offshore)

Reports To: Global Head of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Shift Time: 2PM - 11PM IST

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly adaptable Global Recruitment Specialist capable of navigating the complex landscapes of Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore talent markets. In this role, you will execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies, balancing cost efficiency, talent quality, and time‑zone alignment to meet our dynamic hiring needs. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle across distinct geographic models: leveraging local domestic talent for high‑oversight roles, sourcing Nearshore talent for cost‑effective real‑time collaboration, and building Offshore pipelines for highly scalable, 24/7 operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment (intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation) across multiple global regions.
  
• Advise hiring managers on the optimal delivery model (Onshore, Nearshore, or Offshore) based on role requirements, required collaboration levels, and budget constraints.
  
• Maintain meticulous Applicant Tracking System (ATS) hygiene, tracking candidate stages and generating weekly pipeline health reports.
  
• Manage candidate communications across various time zones, ensuring a seamless and responsive candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.
  

Onshore Recruitment (Domestic Operations)

• Source and secure domestic talent for roles requiring maximum oversight, strict regulatory proximity, or deep cultural embedding within the local market.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to domestic labor laws, employee benefits standards, and compliance frameworks (e.g., W2, 1099, C2C).
  
• Capitalize on shared business practices and cultural norms to integrate candidates smoothly into existing internal teams.
  

Nearshore Recruitment (e.g., LATAM / Neighboring Hubs)

• Target talent in neighboring geographic regions to achieve 30-70% cost savings while maintaining overlapping working hours for real‑time collaboration.
  
• Screen candidates for strong bilingual proficiency and cultural alignment with domestic business norms.
  
• Navigate regional employment contracts and partner with Employer of Record (EOR) services to manage localized payroll and compliance.
  

Offshore Recruitment (e.g., India, Philippines, Eastern Europe)

• Build high‑volume talent pipelines in regions offering the deepest cost savings and scalability.
  
• Facilitate 24/7 operational capabilities by successfully placing candidates across entirely different time zones.
  
• Implement robust asynchronous communication protocols and cross‑cultural coaching strategies to mitigate timezone and cultural alignment challenges.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record of successfully hiring across Onshore, Nearshore, and Offshore markets.
  
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search frameworks).
  
• Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of multi‑national hiring mechanics, including direct local entities, B2B contracting, and global EOR platforms (e.g., Deel, Remote).
  
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the cross‑cultural agility required to bridge communication gaps and foster strong global team collaboration.
  
• Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage overlapping meeting schedules and resolve urgent issues across multiple global time zones.
