• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across different levels.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
• Identify and source candidates using multiple channels – job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with internal teams.
• Manage offer rollout, salary negotiation, and pre-joining engagement.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
