Job summary

Synterra IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate (Tech) to support end-to-end recruitment for technical roles in a fast-paced IT services environment.

This role is ideal for someone early in their HR career, offering hands-on experience with tech hiring, campus drives, and candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding, on-site in Mangalore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus).
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; internships in HR/recruiting will be considered.
• Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology (willingness to learn tech stacks is essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple open positions at once.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mangalore for an on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for technical roles (developers, QA) via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess technical fit and communication skills.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and technical panels/hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS/tracking sheet.
• Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Manage candidate communication: updates, offer coordination, and a positive candidate experience throughout.
• Support employer branding efforts (careers page updates, social media hiring posts, campus drives).
• Assist with offer rollout, documentation, and onboarding handoff to HR.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health) and report to the hiring lead.
